Michelle has been interested in the paranormal field since she was a teenager when she had her first experience. She was over at her friends house when a what sounded like a large piece of furniture had moved across the downstairs floor. After calling to verify that no one was home, they investigated when they returned to see that nothing was out of place. She has been in the paranormal field for several years now. She started out with another group in Charlotte, but decided that she wanted to help people locally who had the same problems with paranormal activity. The approach that she wants to take is to scientifically document and prove that there is the possibility of spirit existance. Since she has been out in the field investigating, she has witnessed several interesting events that have really influenced her to continue her journey as an investigator. One of her favorite investigations is the Spookywoods Haunted Attraction. Although it is a commercial haunted attraction, it is well known by now that it is actually haunted. After working there for two seasons, where she had numerous unexplained activity happen, she asked the owner if anyone else had strange happenings out there. After he confirmed countless reports, shortly after WSPS was formed, we did a formal investigation in which things got thrown at us & a member got scratched 2 times. Every investigation there results in some type of evidence which makes this her favorite haunt. After having someone close to her pass away in 2007, she has also had unexplained occurances at her home which also leaves her looking for more answers about the paranormal field.
